Extra charges

Cancellation
- In case of a cancellation 30 days prior to the booked arrival date no cancellation fee applies (except for the deposit).
- In case of a cancellation 29 - 15 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 50% of the booked value.
- In case of a cancellation 14 - 4 days prior to the booked arrival date we charge 70% of the booked value.
- For cancellations within 3 days prior to the booked arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the booked value.
- The deposit will be charged as an administration fee in case of a cancellation.
Our cancellation conditions are applied regardless of whether the cancelled room can be re-rented to other guests.
For this reason we recommend you take out a Trip cancellation insurance!
